As Director of Capital Markets at Community Preservation Partners (CPP), Scott Fink is a strategic, results-driven leader who has earned a reputation for advancing CPP’s national affordable housing platform through disciplined capital markets execution. With a deep commitment to expanding access to affordable housing, Scott is a cornerstone of CPP, playing an instrumental role in the company’s partnerships with lenders and investors nationwide and its dispositions and alternative financing initiatives.
Scott began his career at RBC in tax credit syndications before joining CPP in 2020 as an Assistant Development Manager, drawn by the opportunity to build affordable housing developments rather than simply underwrite them. He advanced quickly through roles of increasing responsibility, progressing from deal lead to his current position as Director of Capital Markets, applying a strategic, results-driven approach across nearly every facet of the business that has helped CPP scale its national affordable housing platform.
Day to day, Scott skillfully navigates complex, multi-stakeholder financing transactions, coordinating with agencies, architects, and general contractors while managing CPP’s relationships with lenders and investors nationwide. His ability to pair the operational discipline he has cultivated at CPP with the financial acumen from his earlier banking background is key to the company’s continued growth in dispositions and alternative financing.
Scott holds a degree from the University of South Carolina.
