With almost 30 years of expertise in finance and accounting, Belinda Oakes serves as the Chief Financial Officer at CPP, where she has been instrumental in driving the company’s growth and operational efficiency. Under her leadership, CPP has modernized its financial infrastructure, including the successful implementation of a cutting-edge online accounting system with job costing capabilities. Belinda’s efforts have also streamlined deal processes and played a pivotal role in restructuring the accounting team to better support the company’s rapid expansion.
But Belinda’s impact goes beyond the corporate world. Recently, Belinda completed an impactful seven-year tenure on the Board of Directors of the Hermosa Beach Education Foundation, serving two years as President.
A passionate advocate for gender diversity, Belinda is committed to empowering women in real estate and finance. At CPP, she actively fosters an inclusive environment by creating opportunities for young professionals—especially women—to gain hands-on industry experience and rise through the ranks. Her mentorship and advocacy are shaping the next generation of leaders, ensuring that diverse voices are heard and valued.
