With almost 30 years of expertise in finance and accounting, Belinda Oakes serves as the Chief Financial Officer at CPP, where she has been instrumental in driving the company’s growth and operational efficiency. Under her leadership, CPP has modernized its financial infrastructure, including the successful implementation of a cutting-edge online accounting system with job costing capabilities. Belinda’s efforts have also streamlined deal processes and played a pivotal role in restructuring the accounting team to better support the company’s rapid expansion.
But Belinda’s impact goes beyond the corporate world. As President of the Hermosa Beach Education Foundation, she has raised record-breaking funds to support critical educational programs in one of California’s most underfunded school districts. Her tireless dedication has helped secure essential resources for teacher salaries and enriched programs in areas such as middle school electives, music, physical education, and library services.
A passionate advocate for gender diversity, Belinda is committed to empowering women in real estate and finance.
