With more than a decade of experience in affordable housing, John is committed to improving communities and empowering CPP employees. His leadership is crucial to the company’s continued success as it expands its impact across the nation.
John is dedicated to streamlining processes to support CPP’s scalability, aligning teams across the East and West Coasts, and fostering a culture of trust, open communication, and feedback. His leadership was pivotal in CPP’s organizational dynamics initiative and positioning the company for nationwide growth.
He recently led the restoration of Andrews Terrace in Rochester, NY, turning a historic site in disrepair into a model preservation project. John also led the acquisition and renovation of Ellicott Park Townhomes in Buffalo, NY, ensuring long-term affordable housing for families in need.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts in political science and a Master’s in economic development from the University of Massachusetts, Lowell.
