Seth heads CPP’s Eastern Office and is leading the company’s expansion efforts from Texas to the East Coast focusing on the preservation of aging affordable housing properties. He has a diverse real estate background ranging from the new construction of multi-family, mixed-use and mixed-income apartment buildings to the preservation of existing multi-family and senior apartment communities.
Prior to joining CPP, Seth worked for several large multi-family developers, including Simpson Housing Solutions (now Highridge Costa Housing Partners), where he lead a team of acquisition analysts to identify, secure, entitle and finance senior and family development opportunities. Seth also has been a corporate manager at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation’s Division of Resolutions & Receiverships – Risk Sharing Asset Management Department and lead a team that managed a portfolio of more than $50 billion in loss-share asset portfolios.
He is a licensed broker in Virginia and holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration from the University of California, Riverside, a Master of Business Administration from Drexel University, and is a licensed real estate broker in California.
